Shipping and delivery
Where we ship
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Processing
Once you place an order, we need 1-2 business days to process it. That covers picking, checking each piece for defects, and packing.
Orders placed on Friday afternoon or over the weekend begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery times
Most of our pieces are made to order and ship from our supplier, which is why standard delivery takes longer than a high-street retailer. We tell you this upfront rather than at checkout.
| Service | Cost | Estimated delivery after dispatch |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | Free | 10-15 business days |
| DHL Express | £5.99 | 6-11 business days |
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during peak periods or if a parcel is held for customs checks.
Delivery costs
Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. DHL Express is £5.99.
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear — parcels often move before the tracking page catches up.
If your parcel is late
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated date, email support@ceefuhome.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier.
Under UK consumer law, if we have not delivered within 30 days of your order, you can ask us to deliver by a new agreed date. If we miss that too, you can cancel and get a full refund.
Wrong address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours — once a parcel is dispatched we cannot redirect it.
Parcels returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to collect from the depot will be refunded minus the delivery cost.
Packaging
Every ceramic piece is wrapped individually and packed with protective material. If yours still arrives damaged, see our returns page — we replace it at no cost.
