Before you email
A few things you can check yourself:
Where is my order? Your dispatch email has a tracking link. Standard delivery takes 10-15 business days after dispatch, and the first tracking scan can take 48 hours to appear.
Can I still cancel? Yes, within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. See our returns page.
Something arrived broken? Photograph the item and the packaging, then email us. We replace it at no cost to you.
How do I care for the ceramics? Hand wash with warm soapy water. Do not soak the wooden base or put it in the dishwasher.
Business address
This is our registered business address, not a returns address. If you need to send something back, email us first and we will give you the correct address.
